    Rescheduling: Deposits may be transferred to a new date, subject to availability and at the discretion of WIndow Guard. Notice of rescheduling must be given at least 48 hours before the original date.

    Exceptions to this policy may be considered under exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of Window Guard.

    6. Acknowledgment

    By paying a deposit to Window Guard, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this deposit policy.
