ELIGIBILITY
Who Can Receive CCSP Funding?
Places of Worship & Faith Communities
Churches, mosques, synagogues, gurdwaras, temples, and other faith‑based spaces that serve communities at risk of hate‑motivated crime may qualify for CCSP funding. This includes both worship halls and related gathering areas used for prayer, education, and community events.
Community, Cultural & Educational Centres
Not‑for‑profit community centres, cultural centres, and schools that serve a specific cultural, spiritual, or religious community may be eligible. This covers standalone facilities as well as dedicated spaces inside larger buildings where your community regularly gathers.
Shelters, Offices & Administrative Spaces
Organizations that support vulnerable or targeted groups, such as shelters serving victims of gender‑based violence and not‑for‑profit offices that represent at‑risk communities, may be eligible. These spaces may qualify even if they are primarily administrative but still face a credible risk.
Child Care Centres, Cemeteries & Other Sites
Child care centres that identify with a particular cultural, spiritual, or religious community, along with cemeteries and memorial sites serving that community, may be eligible. If your location represents a community at risk, Window Guard can help determine your eligibility and apply on your behalf.
